We’re still getting new systems in place and won’t begin buying in used items for another week or two. Stay tuned to our website and social media for updates on when you can sell to us.
Since the COVID-19 pandemic, we have had to adjust our buying procedures considerably to keep staff and our customers safe. We can no longer take items in immediately and process them for you. Our new protocol involves a short quarantine period before handling your items, along with other sanitation measures. Once we are ready to begin buying, we will require appointments to drop off your items and allow a total of 3 bins/large totes at a time. We know this is not the most convenient protocol, however this will allow us to take appropriate safety measures and balance the flow of our wonderful sellers! Thanks for bearing with us through all the changes and challenges of these times!
