Gone are the days of bulky disposable diapers doubling as swimwear for your baby bathing beauties. These Ultimate Swim Diapers by iPlay are all you need to make a splash this summer. They are reusable, approved for public pools, and have a UPF of 50+. Changing baby is a breeze with the side snap feature, and they are cute to boot. We carry sizes 0-3 months through 4T. We’ve got swimsuits galore at Mama Goose! This season we added a selection of new swimwear made in the US by boutique brands: City Threads, Flap Happy, and 405 South, for only $18-$20 each! And as always, we have a large inventory of gently used swim suits in sizes newborn to 14 starting at $4.95. So affordable you can have an extra while the other one is drying!

Sun protection just got a whole lot more appealing with our seasonal stock of iPlay wide brimmed sun hats and brimmed flap hats in an assortment of colors and patterns. Hats feature a UPF 50+ protection from the sun. Matched with a pair of sunglasses, your little ones are sure to breeze through summer. We also carry these adorable locally handmade sun bonnets in a variety of patterns in sizes 0-6yrs.

Mama Goose has decided to carry a selection of products from Badger Balm because they are they are safe, effective, and environmentally conscious. Sunscreen for babies is available in a lotion. Sunscreens for toddler and kids come in lotions or in on-the-go sticks, and are water, sweat resistant & offer broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection. They use no oxybenzone, octinoxate, or other chemical active sunscreening agents and are pediatrician tested & approved safe for babies & kids. They are also hypoallergenic, biodegradable and safe for coral reefs and other ecosystems.

Additionally, we carry Badger Anti- Bug Balm which is safe and proven effective! Made of organic citronella, cedar, and lemongrass essential oils to naturally repel insects. It smells good, works – without DEET, petrolatum, or other chemicals. We also chose some aromatherapy sticks that are portable and easy to use. Come one come all to Mama Goose for an Ithaca Festival Pre-Parade Porch Party! Stop by between 12pm-5pm Thursday 5/28 (Ithaca Festival Parade Day) for Free Face Painting, Washable Tattoos, Snacks, Coloring & Fun! Get your kids ready for the parade with some festive facial flair. Our talented staff members will be on hand to bring your child’s vision to life. We will be using our Natural Earth Paints which we love and think you will too. We will also have a bean-bag toss and light refreshments, so your kids will be snacked, hydrated and ready to go the distance! But wait…there’s more … from 12-2PM Moreland the Magician will be making balloon animals! Come celebrate with us!
