Hello, Ithaca Families! This is Store Owner, Kelly Moreland. I am working from home and one team member is working on site at Mama Goose and Mimi’sAttic. As you probably know, the “NY State on Pause” has been extended to May 15th, so we anticipate operating this way for quite some time. We have been hearing from a lot of you that you are looking for items for your kids, and we want to let you know that we are happy to serve you remotely and will strictly adhere to social distancing guidelines and executive orders while doing so.
How would shopping remotely work?
Call us at (607) 269-0600 or contact us on Facebook and Instagram and let us know what you are looking for. One staff person is on-site every day 10am-4pm ready to fulfill orders. Let us know what you are looking for and we will send you photos of merchandise to help you make your decisions. With only one person physically onsite to fulfill orders, we might take a little longer getting back to you, but we will get in touch as soon as we can. Purchases are made over the phone by Store Credit, Gift Certificates or Credit Card. We would then make an appointment with you for a contact-free pick up outside the store. If you buy something that might require assistance getting it into your vehicle, please bring along someone who you are already in close contact with such as a family member, roommate or partner as our team member will not be able to come outside to assist you.
